Impressive hotel with welcoming staff from the courteous valet to our friendly and welcoming front desk clerk and functional and attractive rooms. Variety of outstanding food for meals. Central location, within walking distance of a historic bridge.

Beds were not comfortable.

Very good

Had a brand-new room with with shower, tub and a fireplace for my comfort. The location was marvellous, close to Bushnell Park.

The location near the XL Center made it easy for us to attend the show. The decor throughout the hotel is fine.

The service felt a bit slow at times .

Cozy, Clean, Comfy

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the action! My room was a Beautiful Queen Room, and it seemed like a little sanctuary-very clean with the most comfortable bed and cozy linens. Plus, even during a busy weekend. I was so impressed by how they took care of their guests!

beautiful queen room

stylish decor

Loved the spacious beautiful queen room with stylish decor. The Pina bar had amazing cocktails and a great vibe! Plus, the unique robin blue tile ceiling was a standout feature. Conveniently located near plenty of shops and outdoor activities, I felt that it got my vacation off to a fantastic start.

The Pina bar had fantastic cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere that added to our experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and outdoor activities close by.
